Raj Ghat in Delhi is a sacred place of India. It is a most visited memorial that is dedicated to the “Father of the nation, Mahatma Gandhi.

It is located on the banks of the River Yamuna. Black marble spot( Samadhi of Gandhi Ji) with scribed ‘Hey Ram’, the last words of Mahatma Gandhi mark the place where Gandhi Ji was cremated on 31st January, 1948 after one day of his assassination on 30th January, 1948.
